Grace Tan spent over a decade working across healthcare administration, senior care research, and family support in Malaysia — as a patient care coordinator, a healthcare administration executive, and later a senior care services manager. Across all of it, one gap kept surfacing: Malaysian families had no centralised, reliable way to compare elderly care options.

Grace holds a Master's Degree in Healthcare Management from Universiti Malaya and has spent over 10 years across healthcare administration, senior care research, and elderly care information management in Malaysia — including roles as a Patient Care Coordinator, a Healthcare Administration & Client Services Executive, and a Senior Care Services Manager.
She researches and organises every listing on Seek Elderly Care and builds the platform's care guides, so families can compare nursing homes, caregiver services, and senior living options with clarity and confidence.
